Hickory Shadows - Drainage, Paving, and Water Line Improvements 

Project Overview
The city council has approved for the drainage, paving, and water rehabilitation for the entirety of Hickory Shadows impacting 24 residential families. 

Status
Active: Construction began on January 5, 2026 and is expected to take approximately 7 months to complete.

Friarcreek Lane Drainage Easement Improvements

Project Overview
The city engineers and city council are reviewing options for the drainage channel between 1303 & 1307 Friarcreek Lane. Surveying has been completed and coordination with Harris County Flood Control will be needed.
